established in February, 1994 in City of Torrance, California. Started as a
small company specializing in repairing computers, dot-matrix and laser printers
of all major brands, we were authorized by Panasonic Communication Systems
Company to services and sales of Panasonic office products. In December of the
same year, we were authorized by EPSON America, Inc. as a Customer Care Center
to repair all EPSON office products including desktop, laptop/notebook
computers, dot-matrix and laser printers, facsimile machines, scanners,
monitors, P.O.S's, projectors. Besides, we were authorized to supply original
parts and accessories. We got almost full stock of parts and accessories, and
usually your order about parts and accessories took only one day to be filled
under priority class, or two days for regular class.
We had expanded our services to different brand-name products such as HP,
Okidata, Canon, Brother, Genicom, C-Itoh, Toshiba. We recently moved to City of
Carson, California to larger facilities to better serve our customers in Los
Angeles area from City of Long Beach to Santa Monica. We offer both
field-service and in-house services. Outside our immediate service area
customers can ship products to us for repair under both Manufacturer Warranty
and Non-Warranty conditions. Corporate customers can be offered Contract
Agreement Service type.
Our staff and service technicians are all factory-trained, highly skilled,
and energetic. We have been working hard to be recognized by those big companies
as Number 1 Customer Satisfaction Service Center among hundred others for
several years. The authorization level to us got higher time by time. Your
